Tesla is a very "work hard, play hard" environment. It is highly male dominated workforce, so you best have thick skin and be prepared to get shot down and trailed over often. However, it is always a very creatuve

Mother's rooms and maternity policy have been updated to be competitive. Can be a men's culture. Very few women in leadership roles, and mostly in support roles.

We're often working hard to reach an aggressive goal. Work is expected to come first at these times.

If you're strong, hardworking and willing to stand up for yourself, the company is doing amazing work. Don't expect though that others will champion you.

Women mostly in support roles. No women in leadership positions above middle management. Difficult to take maternity leave unless in HR. Pregnant women laid off. Long hours.
