"Great, collegial atmosphere, and occasionally very interesting work. If you are someone who enjoys predictability, work life balance here is tough. "

"Because hours were long people were very good about giving you time when needed to deal with normal life things. That said, Hours were extremely unpredictable, so you take the good with the bad"
