"The owner is condescending. At first, you will think he’s a great guy and will promise you the world. However, he does feel entitled to speak to you in a demeaning fashion. It’s borderline verbal abuse. He also pays 15% less to the women working there. He gives everyone a title to motivate them, but in actuality his actions are contradictory. "

"It’s a very cult-like atmosphere. You are required to be there almost 9 to 10 hours a day. It is frowned upon if you would like to take an hour lunch. The owner has control issues, so his preference is you pack lunch and eat at your desk. You can take a “walk”, but he prefers you stay on campus. "
