      "A company that doesn’t really care about you as an individual. Sexual harassment from male management is how we gauge what kind of standing we are in with the company. The more we get harassed, the more “in” we are in the company. But they won’t think twice to schedule you a double on a holiday or do something that hurts you while benefiting them. But the money doesn’t suck. So it’s really a matter of what you’re willing to put up with. "
