"Skinny strongly advertises an equal kitchen, but hovers just under that standard. In the end, individual people and their values determine how things are run. Male employees are more readily welcomed into the culture, and encouraged to succeed. Can be daunting, but helps to have other femme coworkers / the occasional solid supervisor. "
