"For the most part, I see women treated equally with the same opportunities as men. There are some departments where I have heard there is a 'good ole boys' club still in slightly visible, but I would say the divide these days is less men vs. women and more progressive vs. old school. Some teams have widely embraced a culture that represents 2020, but there are others who are reluctant. "

"The flexibility varies depending on your leader. I am fortunate enough to work in a group that understands work/life balance as well as the challenges we are up against outside of the office. My boss promotes a remote work culture and has inspired other departments to change the way they look at things as well."

"This is a hierarchical company. While there are some women who are reaching executive levels, there's still a lot of old-boy stuff going on -- I actually don't think it's on purpose. Many leaders just go with what's comfortable, and who they know. Mediocre men have just as good of a chance of moving up as very deserving women."
