"The Muse is a fantastic place to work. Hands down the best employer I've worked for. Leadership balances being supportive and encouraging while expecting greatness. I've learned so much, become a better sales professional and I have advanced my career (with room to grow here still). The tenure in the company also speaks for itself - people enjoy working here and stay for years! "

"I have never felt more supported by leadership in the 7 years I've worked in sales. I feel that my direct boss and C-suite executive represent our team and individuals in a fair and equitable manner. There has never been a moment in my 4+ years here that I have felt unsafe nor unheard. On the revenue team specifically, we are majority female which is uncommon in the sales field."

"I think this is dependent on your role in the organization. Anyone who succeeds in sales understands that with hard work comes great reward, and that sometimes means later hours and ensuring contracts are getting closed outside of the 9-5."

"Expect to work long hours and be micromanaged on the sales team especially. Leadership should solicit feedback from team rather than delivering monologues. They don’t walk the walk in terms of offering good work/life balance or culture. Desperate need for more diversity especially at the leadership level. "

"Overall the company is a good place for women. There are certain teams where there's a lot of pressure to show face and stay late just for the sake of it, but mothers are able to leave when they need to. "
