"I joined Third Bridge a little over two years ago and have found a place where I am truly ‘on.’ The culture is supportive, fast paced, and joy-filled. I feel that my boss is very supportive of my ideas. My accomplishments are recognized publicly by my peers and leaders. And, feedback to help me grow and improve is delivered in open, constructive and kind ways. I have been loving my tenure!"
