"Your mileage may vary. Equal treatment of women and men depends on your manager. Some (including men) go out of their way to advocate for women, but others (women and men) don't take well-justified complaints seriously. It's worth applying and seeing where you land, because you can move across groups relatively easily. The culture overall is supportive, technically competent, and friendly. Inclusion and diversity initiatives come from the CEO level down. Results are mixed, but there is formal intent to address bias and progress is moving in the right direction in spite of a few sticks in the mud. Among firms of its type, TT appears to be one of the leaders, even though it still has distance to cover."
