"This is a court of law, not a company, but it is the best court I have worked for/in. I have worked for four courts as a substitute judge, and five courts as a prosecutor.
Two factors set this court apart: (1) The judges are real people and do not have egos, which means they value, trust, and listen to their clerks and other staff; and (2) the court is exceptionally visionary, always adopting policies and practices ahead of their time to better serve others.
