"Outstanding benefits. I was able to take a full maternity leave with full support from my manager, team, and the benefits team.

I have found more of a work / life integration that works very well for my family with young kids. "

"The CEO, Board members and the Executive Leadership team are very focused on driving greater diversity and inclusion throughout the organisation. The opportunity to advance is good. Like most tech companies, there are far more men in the workplace than women and the company is trying to re-dress that balance through diversity groups, participation and sponsorship of STEM initiatives and the pro-active pursuit of females in particular in the recruitment cycles. Scrutiny is also given to promotion panels and talent management so I personally feel confident that the organisation is making the right steps to support women and their careers."

"It is possible to balance work and family life - you have to be confident enough to just say, this is what I intend to do and how I will make it work for everyone. Not everyone feels comfortable doing that."
