"My manager is not very supportive. When I ask for direction on an assignment, I am told that it is all on me to figure it out. They will criticize my work but will not give specifics as to how to improve it. My manager does not share information either that is important for me to get my job done. I don't expect my manger to know all of the answers but they could help by pointing me in the general direction."

"Great place to work- pretty rigid policies based on high level of employees, but these policies include those that help women. Lots of women in leadership. I'd say, if the hours work for your schedule it could be a great fit. "
