      "The percentage of men to women is much higher hear than at other retailers corporate offices that I've worked at. However, I think it's a pretty good place to work at as a woman. The Tommy Hilfiger Senior Leadership Team has a lot of female representation. Women are not ghetto-ized to certain types of roles/areas of business. The company values everyone's contribution; I have not seen people getting more airtime due to gender. While we were in the office (before COVID-19) there were lactation rooms on nearly every floor. A lot of people are parents, and there seems to be space to prioritize family. There was also a pretty flexible WFH option; my team could WFH on Fridays. However, people do end up working late hours; or signing back in late to complete work. I also think the company could be more racially diverse."

      "Tommy Hilfiger is pretty flexible regarding hours. Ideally you should be online between 9-5; but it's really about making sure you're finishing your work in your allotted time. I've also never received pushback for taking time off, etc."
