"My biggest issue with this company is the leadership: they are looking for young employees that don't know how to stand up for themselves or don't mind being overworked. It's a smaller company so you would hope that upper management would be invested in mentoring and growing the individual, but you won't find that here.
If you do not enjoy being treated this way, they are quite manipulative in how they spin any complaints or constructive criticism as defects of the employee. You can expect to be paid below the industry average, no matter what position you apply for."
