"Be careful, they talk a big game about being a part of the "family" and it feels that way at first. Then you realize it's toxic relationship. You never realized it was until you speak with other people in the industry."

"You as an employee are required to be flexible. Be fluid as the Company is forever improving. However when you the employee is needing the flexibility you are met with a deer in headlight look. "
