"Fantastic learning opportunities and highly driven, smart colleagues. Very few female women at the top, which they are actively working on, and there's not much in the way of HR for support. Work-life balance is pretty challenging (long hours and need to be available 24/7) and ultimately why many women at the mid-level depart the firm."

"It's a great company but don't think they give out equity fairly. I work for one of the turnaround companies and it's a great environment but think women should be able to get equity as it doesn't seem like it's fairly distributed and it seems like it's all men!"
