      "Management is male dominant. Health insurance coverage is excellent! Matching 401k 50% up to 6%. Not very flexible as HR policy doesn't let you work from home under any circumstances"

      "This company has a tendency to think of women as needing to spend more time with family, regardless of their wishes, which can keep them from being promoted, particularly once they have children. However, the hours are reasonable, pay is okay, and there is a solid work-life balance."
