"Only stayed for a year because I love my fellow employees. I have only been paid 11.25 an hour for this whole year and they refuse to raise my wage. The job is extremely boring with a 10% chance of ever leveling up to a better position, you stay at what you're hired as and won't be moving up. Truck team is an extreme nightmare, if that is what you end up hired as, heavy lifting and being paid far too little for what you're doing. This isn't a simple job, like McDonalds, for example, where you use little to no brain function, in this job, you need to learn a lot about a lot of products, but the compensation is so not worth your time. I've been told time and time again, "if you need more money, just work more hours." No, that's not how it works, I should be paid an adequate wage for what I do, and not have to work more than full time to be able to afford a simple car payment I could afford while at my old job, will be quitting here and going back there. If you all read this, tractor supply, raise your minimum wage, because more than half of the people at my store have quit this year due to horrible wages."
