"Quite simply, DON'T. This "non-profit" is not. They are all about the bottom line. Caseloads are ridiculously high, pay is absurd for the amount of work expected, upper management just makes promises and tells you to "breathe, you can do this," and promises solutions, but never follows through. Lower management are so scared to anger upper management that they won't do anything about the way employees are treated, and almost all of the management team will throw you under the bus with vicious pleasure. As an example of Managements complete disregard for employee wishes and needs, the idea of employees sing their own cell phones as brought up. Employees did not want to do this, and stated so emphatically... all FOUR times they brought it up within a 3 year period. If the employees are extremely upset and you pull it off the table, don't put it on the table again in 3 months. They continue to force this and other similar issues that will make work-life balance even worse. I know several employees who end the workday crying because of the stress and frustration!"

"Flex time is allowed, up to 3 hours per week, with supervisor permission, however if you use FMLA at all, ever, they will then begin counting any and all hours used as flex time against your FMLA available hours, which is illegal, as they do this without documentation of need for FMLA. "
