"Demand better pay. They allow you to work as much overtime as you want, mostly, but it shouldn’t be necessary to give up your personal/family/social time to pay bills and eat. If it’s hard for a single woman to live off of, it would be impossible for someone supporting a family."

"the Manufacturing manager is actually a really good guy. easy to approach with issues, doesn’t micromanage, laid back, the only issue that i’ve noted is a hesitance for give raises, but that’s more on the company president than him."
