"TriNet is very siloed so the experience will vary by department and function. Product management is dominated by men who do not have a lot of respect for women and women are held at a very different standard."

"The company recently improved their already-solid leave program, across the board, and it does increase with tenure /service. I'm about to take my second maternity leave with the company and I think I will receive 100% pay for 12 weeks. My 1st leave entailed 8 weeks at 60% pay and 4 weeks unpaid FMLA"
