"You'll find more women in leadership here than in my experience at other workplaces. The biggest issue here is the dead weight (both genders) who have worked at Trinity Health for many years and are coasting into retirement (I guess?). Their policies are becoming less flexible as time goes on. For example, they used to give 4 weeks of PTO for a few employee, now it has been reduced to 18 days (only 2 days less but still not a positive change!)"
