"Everyone at triValence is an owner of the company - men and women alike, all job roles have equity. There's an owner mindset where people take pride in what they are doing and are excited for the future. The December 2022 Employee Engagement Score was 96%. Employees cited confidence in leadership at 100% and 98% ranked it as a "Great" place to work. 50% of the Strategic Leadership Team is comprised of women. While it is a small start-up of apx 50 employees, and a a year and a half old, it has hired and built its culture with intent. triValence represents 4 generations and over 6 different self-reported ethnicities/races, acknowledging that when there are more voices at the table representing a variety of experiences, a better outcome and innovation is the natural result. The Total Rewards Philosophy states equitable and fair pay, and that is put into practice with each hire and annual review. An external pay consultant performed a base pay analysis in December 2022, and ranked a majority of employees at the 75th percentile nationally and the rest around the 50th percentile showing pay to be nationally competitive regardless of gender or position. The DE&I Commitment states the CEO's passion to help combat the misrepresentation of women and minorities in leadership positions within healthcare through internal development opportunities, equal promotion consideration, and fair hiring at the start through diversified candidate pools. Employees helped write the Mission, Vision, and Values, and they believe in the work they are doing: creating technology that makes surgical centers more efficient, lowers costs, and givers providers time back that they can spend with their patients. While the company is small, it has potential for individual growth. Learning & development are hallmarks. Work/life balance is promoted with unlimited PTO, paid family leave and flex scheduling. Benefits are available on Day 1. triValence is a virtual first company with a headquarters in Minneapolis and a satellite office outside Savannah, GA, but employees are located throughout the continental US. Employees stay connected through bi-weekly All Hands meetings, Monthly Lunch + Learns, monthly Happy Hours, annual all company Offsite, and department meetings and Offsites. Employees cited communication as being transparent and regular in cadence and 95% stated that they see themselves working at triValence in two years. "
