"Overall, a positive place for women; supportive of pregnant and working parents; flexible hours and part-time options (have heard that they true-up your pay if you have to work more than your reduced schedule); generous maternity leave (18 weeks paid); need to improve transition support before, during, and after maternity leave (e.g., support group, mentoring, ramp-down and ramp-up period); would love to see the firm step up its diversity efforts to retain female and minority associates (e.g., employee resource groups, mentoring, etc.)"

"As with any BigLaw firm, flexibility is highly dependent on your practice group and partners. Transactional work lends itself to more flexibility than litigation, generally speaking. In many practice groups, the firm does a great job of allowing flextime and time off as needed. Coverage while you are out, again, is highly dependent on your team. Many partners prioritize face time even though the firm has flexible work options. "
