"There is only 1 female agent with the company. One female on the board and the same female is the only female on the exec team. She does not like working with other women. The company structure is men with female support staff. The company is not open to questions or suggestions on change. Many strong women leave within 1-2 years. "

"Two week waiting period for 6 weeks of sort term disability. They bleed out your PTO while you are on FMLA having you come back from Maternity leave with 0 hours for illness. You have to call every week of FMLA to check in. There is only one lactation room for the ENTIRE company. "
