"I've had a good experience as a woman at the company. There are female leaders to look up to, flexible family culture, great maternity benefits, etc.
It's a large company, though and I have heard that your mileage may vary depending on your department."

"In the corporate positions I've seen an excellent degree of flexibility, but I do think that teammates in branches or call centers unfortunately have less."
