"Trupanion is over 70% female and our CEO is a woman, but prior to her taking on her role, our company founder put many things in place that solidified Trupanion as a great place for women to work. We have a generous PTO package, onsite daycare, promote from within and are encouraged to bring our whole selves to work. I've built a career for myself here and have had many opportunities that I don't think I would have received at other companies. "

"Trupanion is a workforce of over 70% women! There is still more work to do, with representation of women in top leadership roles, however our newly appointed CEO is a woman who rose the ranks of Trupanion since joining back in 2014. We have a employee resource group for women and gender minorities, great onsite daycare benefit, and an overall inclusive culture. I've had opportunities here that I don't think I would have had with other employers. "

"The culture seems fun and supportive on the surface, but that's not actual work life at Trupanion. It's a high pressure environment with high burnout and very low pay. Executive leadership is abusive and not held tot he same standards as the average employee."
