"A very small startup with a relatively flat and highly collaborative leadership team. Incredibly intentional, thoughtful, and considerate. Genuinely try to do the right thing, very open to feedback, and eager to be inclusive. They recognize the current lack of diversity (4 full time employees in US, 3 engineers in Brazil) and are aggressively seeking to improve that. "
