"If you work in this company’s hotel operation you can be fired because of the general managers decision. General manager can have a close relationship with other lady( if he is bringing from his ex hotel) that’s why it can be end of your carrier. The company has 20 hotels just one general manager is woman. This explains everything. I don’t recommend to women’ to start their carrier in this company. TUI Group does not audit its Turkey operation, especially Human Resources department."

"Flexible working to WFH, not as flexible with hours (but depends on team). Maternity leave very poor."

"No maternity leave benefits at all, just statutory maternity pay available as per government policy. "
