For example, if you're an entry to mid-level employee, don't be afraid to ask questions to the potential supervisor about their leadership style and opinions on professional development. What's their internal department approach, and is their a budget/resources for you to take additional classes, certificates, workshops, etc?"

"There are a lot more women there. However there is no leadership culture. So the women that get to the very top are often the bitchy, jealous bosses and sabotage other women. The current Chancellor has a very poor record of working with women. "
