      "You are valued not just in your career path but you as a whole. I come from a history where my former boss rarely said thank you let alone I appreciate you-not the case here-I don't need a pat on the back for doing my job but it is very refreshing and appreciated to be told you are appreciated and that I make their job easier especially when you know it's honest "
