"the culture is great - there is no macho working culture and it is very inclusive. There are active programmes to improve diversity and these should support more women getting into leadership roles which is positive. There is a lot of opportunity to work flexibility and it is very friendly and the best place I have worked in terms of an open and honest friendly culture"

"ADP (UK) have been so supportive on my flexible working request after my return from maternity leave after the birth of my first child. I feel really lucky to have an employer who demonstrates how they value my contribution by supporting me so much. I am very grateful. "
