      "It has a "boys-club" feel and it is very traditional in terms of flexibility (no work from home allowed, have heard it be compared to "replacement for daycare.") Divisional leaders don't seem to support diversity."

      "Generally I think it's a very family-friendly culture. However if you're in an operations role, know it's a 24-7 operation and that may mean poor work-life balance. However, on the corporate side, if you're not in an operations role work-life balance is quite good. Women do get ahead but it's certainly male-heavy at the top."
