"While your first 6 months will sell you on the grandeur potential for your career within the company, you will be body slammed back to the harsh reality that you are the minority and a box being checked. The manipulation of “owning everything” to prove yourself and become more successful is a genius tactic utilized by this company to gain more productivity with less overhead cost. The “family” atmosphere is nothing more than a mask hiding the toxicity and cult like feel when joining United Rentals. They are very proud and very quick to let you know, they are the largest in the world & far to big to fail. "

"Some locations are still very male dominated but that comes with the industry however as long as you do the work I haven't dealt with any sexism here, every location I've been at works like one big family and my team has always had my back. Some customers can be an issue but I can't blame the company for that."
