This company is top notch in terms of racial diversity, gender diversity is not necessarily pushed here but the union is a wonderful resource if the going gets rough. I was never negatively affected by management for being female, but you do have men that have been working for the company for many, MANY years that like to try and put the "lady-folk" in their place.

    If the members of management were required to take a basic communications and management course I believe that conditions within USPS facilities would improve drastically. Most members of management are hired based on seniority rather than know-how.
