"Overall good employer. Depending on your boss, there is flexibility around work-life...kids doc appointments, school events, etc. But you may be back at it from home later in the evening to make up for it."

"Have to really push to be paid well. The benefits plan is only average in my view - even though we technically are part of United Health Group. They make improvements in the HSA to help make the benefit plan richer, but on the east coast, hospitals have a better benefit plan because of 1199 union support. Raises are small but they do offer a bonus program. "
