      "This is dependent on department or division - however, most people working for UC Davis have some flexibility in their schedules and good leave policies. The newest Chancellor is a huge proponent of diversity and creating equitable opportunities for all affinity groups - When speaking of "CEO" below this refers directly to the person in charge in my particular department/school."

      "The university has excellent policies for family leave and for nursing/pumping mothers. My department has hired two visibly pregnant women in the year I have been here> They are very interested in keeping talented people and building a positive working environment."
