"Good benefits, pay is decent.
Policies are great on paper, culture has not caught up with innovation from the top.
Culture is pretty homogeneous, even with demographic diversity. "

"I would tell other women to be themselves. It took me 1.5 years to find the right job fit but I always felt like UK was a good place for me. "

"Be prepared to be her a long time before any upward move takes place. Most everything is totally based on attrition"
