"It is dependent on your department and supervisor. I have worked in one unit that was not very flexible but in my current role, the management is much more flexible and gives us the resources to balance our work."

"There are great benefits here, but as staff the maternity leave is lacking. If you are in a faculty position, your situation is much better off. "
