"This varies by department. Medical Records, where I work, is great on all of the above except the pay. Many people in this department (even supervisors) have to work two jobs to make ends meet, and some of them are married so they're not relying solely on their own income. But the people here are wonderful to work with."

"Specifically in nursing, the management is generally not well trained. Expect male nurses to get opportunities over female nurses based on gender. "
