"I would avoid working here, unless it is for a short time to build a resume and then move on. Average turn over is about 18 months, there is no paid maternity leave policy, you will likely be overworked and underpaid, and HR/upper level admins are often difficult personalities to work with. Policies are unnecessarily convoluted and restrictive, and you will rarely have all the resources and support to effectively do the things that you are expected to do."

"There is more flexibility for exempt/salaried employees and higher level employees than there is for hourly employees, lower level employees, and adjuncts. HR is inflexible and frustrating to deal with. "
      Did you take Maternity leave?
      "No"
"Have not taken maternity leave yet, but other female employees who have told me that there is no paid maternity leave here, other than FMLA, so the process is stressful and not very supportive for women."
