"The health benefits are great and very reasonable! The fertility plans/coverage is also great. However, if your spouse/partner has health coverage that meets minimum requirements they cannot join your plan. Only dependents can be added freely but spouses/partners must have no coverage or terrible coverage to be added as cost containment factor of the company. Also, there are a lot of opportunities within the organization and most managers are very helpful and encouraging with department transfers and movement in general within the company."

"It's healthcare, so hours and holidays can only be but so flexible. Most departments had holiday rotations which made holiday distribution mostly fair (unless someone quit, was on maternity leave, or transferred to another department). Services are 24 hours because patients always need care but most departments evenly rotated shifts among employees."
