"It's great and very rewarding to work here. They have 6 weeks paid maternity leave. Work-life balance is very flexible. There are some things that could certainly be improved, such as compensation. They promote the fact that you have all these great benefits it's almost like you're paid 100k. If you aren't using those benefits though, it's pretty much useless and those benefits aren't paying my student loans."

"In the group I work in, we are super flexible. For example, if you have a doctor's appointment go ahead and just make up the hours you missed later. There are some groups that keep track of the hours you do and the leaders hover."

"Make sure you find a good team; I've had 3 fairly similar roles, and the people I've worked with have been far more impactful on my experience than the work i've done"

"Flexibility is very dependent on the team; in my previous role it was expected that work-life balance was work-work balance, but it my current role there is much more flexibility to take time as needed for whatever you need to do. "
