"I would say that we see a lot of women in our IT leadership. There could always be more diversity as it is never unwelcome, but I am consistently seeing them hire women into upper leadership roles in IT. I would hope that means that my future career moves continue to be encouraged internally, and they can leave room in their leadership structures for plenty of diversity at the table."

"The culture reinforces lifting others up and discourages winning by harming others. If you want to build your broad support network you will have an infinite number of ways to do that, but you need to do the work."

"When I started with US Foods, I was blown away- not just by the amount of women, but the amount of diverse women on my team. Not only was it refreshing to see, but to work along side these amazing women here? That is truly empowering.
Someone here once said "You hit the job lottery" and in many ways, that exactly describes what it feels like working here. Were not perfect, but were always trying to make ourselves better, and I think that's what counts when your looking for an employer long term. "
