"Male dominated and difficult for women to get into high-level leadership positions, though there’s a good amount of flexibility (such as the option to work from home a few times per week, or even work remotely.) Also decent work-life balance; typical 8 hour work days with no expectation to be on call outside work hours. That being said, can definitely be bro-ish. Probably not the best place for a woman to build her career: "
