"Men and women are treated very differently at this company. It is family owned with heavy Latin culture. If you are a Latin woman and are comfortable in this environment, feel free. I have never experienced more micro-aggression than in these 3 months. I would not recommend this company to a woman."

"I worked for this company for 3 months. During that time I had specific child-care issues I was working on resolving. I was "spoken to" several times (my management seemed very impatient about my issues). When I was able to resolve my issues, I worked from home half a day. "Work from home" is against policy and I was fired for policy violation one week later."

"Strong ass kicking independant women are a minority here. I would not expect fast growth of your title but you will grow in reponsibility and learn new things if you ask for it. They have been receptive to me whenever I have asked; you must speak up for yourself."
