"I think it’s a pretty average place to work for women in general. For women of color, there may be some additional hurdles, but nothing more than the microaggressions we experience at similar organizations. "

"My experience at Vanderbilt University has been very positive. My director is invested in developing staff. She has provided opportunities for me (and others) to attend conferences, participate in various training and meets with me regularly to provide supervision. "
