"There's honestly no positives to working there. It's been in it's start-up phase for over a decade, no job security, no benefits, low salaries. The frat boys in charge will blame you for your own sexual harassment. The systems/engineering team, last I knew, were good guys though. "

"Knew I wanted to learn to code and used that to hire me. Then, he put every obstacle in my path he could. Literally told me "women are better for marketing than engineering." After he laid off the front end engineer, I got the chance to build a prototype (functioning video editing software) for a client. Manager, embarrassed to have to rely on a woman, told upper management my male coworker built it instead. "
