"I completed a two-year Master's degree with a research assistantship throughout. There are quite a few women in administrative roles and as students. There are also several women in faculty, but women are disproportionately adjunct faculty rather than tenure-track. It seemed like students were treated fairly, but that it would be tough to pursue a PhD or a tenure position in the department."
