"Working here will give you a lot of time for your family and friends. You do not have to leave as you will be working at the comfort of your own home, at your own time. Such a perfect set up for a woman most especially those with kiddos.

"I love working with Waijiaoyi. I work from the comfort of my home and enjoy the perks and benefits of the company. The staffs are approachable and when I needed help, they assisted me right away.

"I'm an expectant mother and there are just countless changes I do experience in my body. A speck of stress could really affect me and the baby. Hearing stories from my fellow mommies about how hard it is to travel, be caught up in traffic, be pressured by a boss, plus to walk on stairs when the lift isn't working, not to mention the working hours you gotta finish, it just made me feel so lucky I didn't have to undergo all these.
Working at home saved me from all these troubles and yes, Online English Teaching is definitely the best job you could ever have. I get to set my own working schedule, I can choose to take a break in between, I can wake up like 30 minutes before my class, and do other household chores as I get tons of spare time! Isn't it just amazing? Earning money while staying at the comfort of your own home.
Thus, I am grateful to have been part of Waijiaoyi for 1 year now. I can't just say anything negative about the company as everything has been great.
No reason to leave at all. Kudos!"

"To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are an employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and and there are great seniors to guide you. You feel you are in safe hands.
Management: Starting with the million dollar smile HR, she is an amazing person. Not sure how she manages to make sure each of us are being noticed, acknowledged, appreciated. Best HR I have ever worked considering my experience with previous 2 companies. She is fun loving and full of energy. She is very friendly with everyone. She takes interest and involvement in our career building. I was hesitant and scared when I joined as I found her a bit strict as a manager but now I find her more as a friend. "
